Sunlightweld™ E-plus electronic ignition series has been patented in the United States and IEEE837, UL467, IEC62561-1, CE and RoHS certification. It is a new generation of exothermic welding technology.

1. No ignition powder

E-plus uses an electronic starter with a rechargeable battery for ignition( 4 removable worldwide universal 18650 rechargeable lithium batteries,  a full charge will last for 100 exothermic welding operation) , which makes E-plus easy to transport, safer and not affected by wind during construction.

2. Metal powder layered design

The metal powder of E-plus is put into the cup in 2 layers and reacted in 2 times, which makes the thermite reaction more complete and the flame length shorter, and making the iginition rate up to 99%.

3. Stable welding quality

The independent packaging of the electronic exothermic welding cup improves  the consistency of the joint quality and avoids factors that affecting the quality such as wind blowing away bagged flux compared to the traditional exothermic welding.

4. Efficient working time

The entire process only takes1 minute. There is no need to unpack the weld powder bag, place the steel disc, sprinkle the beginning powder, ignite, and perform other operations, which saves about 70% of the operation time.

5. Environmentally friendly

The E-plus cup body is an essential component of the welding formula. The metal cup body is directly integrated into the welding joint when exothermic welding is done, leaving no cup body residue on the job site.

6. Safety in Transport and Storage

The electronic ignition exothermic welding contains no S, P, or other flammable or explosive components, and it can be shipped by air to reduce logistics and shipping time. By packaging with 8 layers of protection, the product's quality stability is ensured in the natural environment, and it's simple to keep.
